What to expect

The Bachelor of Architectural Design/Bachelor of Property Economics is an undergraduate double degree consisting of 432 credit points and is normally completed in four and a half years of full-time study or the equivalent part-time study.   

Students are required to complete 228 credit points from the Bachelor of Architectural Design component, 180 credit points from the Bachelor of Property Economics component and 24 credit points of QUT You. The structure of the Architectural Design component consists of 216 credit points of core units and 12 credit points of option units. The structure of the Bachelor of Property component consists of 48 credit points of core units and 132 credit points of a major.   

Work Integrated learning 

During this course, you will encounter work integrated learning (WIL) projects informed by industry, and you will have the opportunity to complete a WIL placement in an elective internship unit. This hands-on experience will enable you to apply your theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios and equip you with the transferable skills and essential work experience required to enter the workforce confidently.
